Ern studied Business Management at Wayne State University (B.S.) and Driving Strategic Impact at Columbia Business School, where he broadened his natural aptitude for creative problem solving and strategizing. Subsequently creating the perfect opportunity for him to advance his skills and entrepreneurial interests, and in 2013, he launched Ern Foutner Jr, LLC, a privately-owned brand strategy firm committed to delivering unique, innovative marketing solutions that build businesses, enhance brands and transform lives.
